Products

Keystone manufactures rolled thread acme bars as well as a complete line of standard thread products. Our roll threading process produces a smooth surface, free of tears, chatters and cutter marks. Rolled surfaces have anti-galling properties and provide more contact area with mating parts.

Quality Assurance

If you take a close look at Keystone you will see that our quality surpasses the industry standards of Quality Assurance. We use both in-process inspection and final inspection to monitor the critical parameters of manufactured parts. Our inventory lot control provides total traceability of products to certified material test reports, including the original mill's heat analysis and testing where applicable. Keystone has adopted the policy that there is no compromise where the quality of our products is concerned. Our goal is to maintain a competitive position in the world marketplace by providing an environment which encourages all employees to pursue never-ending improvement in the quality and productivity of the goods we manufacture.

At Keystone, we stand behind our products and have our manufacturing LOGO is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the DMSA. We furnish our products with our LOGO clearly marked, when requested, to insure traceability.
