Specialty Forms

Keystone manufactures metric, trapezoidal and worm threads. 

Metric screw thread standards have a 60° thread profile. Standard and modified sizes are available. Course and fine threads are either in stock or can be manufactured. In-feed and thrufeed threading is available. 

Trapezoidal threads have a 30° flank angle compared to the 29° flank angle of the Acme form. We stock many standard sizes and pitches and can also make specials, including right-hand, left-hand, and multiple starts.

Worm threads are designed for gearing. We manufacture standard and special engineered forms and can roll right-hand, left-hand, and multiple start worms.
