Maxwell brings more than 20 years of experience working in manufacturing environments ranging from small machine shops to large international organizations. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in technical sales, machining, engineered solutions, distribution, and market development, helping customers solve complex manufacturing challenges.
In his new role, Maxwell will lead sales and business development efforts, focusing on customer relationships, strategic growth initiatives, and supporting customers with custom threaded solutions and precision manufacturing expertise.
