Invoicing Policy Update

New Invoicing Policy Begins December 1, 2024

The transportation needs of our shipments are as varied as our product line – wood crates, pallets, cardboard boxes, tubes, Reddi-Crates, common carrier LTL,  flatbed, a pickup truck or cargo van for some of our local customers, as well as shipping companies like UPS and FedEx. For those orders with special transportation requirements because of length or weight, or customers who prefer to schedule their own truck, including will call orders, these arrangements can take several days. However, please be aware that we have made a change to our invoicing policy: 

Beginning December 1, 2024, invoices will be generated at the time your order is ready for shipment regardless of your transportation status. 

We continue to make every effort to expedite these shipments by calling for trucks days in advance, or notifying our customers of the planned date of completion of their order.
